Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Coverage    
We now provide delivery to all pin codes across India. Sadly, we are not extending our shipping services internationally at the current stage.    

Processing Duration    
Once an order is confirmed, it is normally packed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded). After your order is processed, a confirmation email containing complete details will be sent to you.    

Delivery Schedule    
Our standard delivery timeframe usually ranges from 3-8 business days, ensuring you receive your selected accessories within a reasonable period.    

Delivery Failures    
If a shipment cannot be completed due to factors such as an incorrect delivery address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be redirected back to our warehouse. Customers may subsequently request a re-shipment of their order.    

Damaged or Missing Shipments    
If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photographic proof of the issue. In the event a shipment goes missing in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund once the matter has been confirmed with the courier service.
