Return and Refund Policy

By completing a purchase through our platform, you agree to comply with the return and refund provisions outlined here. If returning a product becomes necessary, our clearly explained process is designed to make the procedure simple and transparent.   

Eligibility Criteria for Returns  

  • Returned items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with every tag, label, and protective package intact.   
     
  • All packaging components, including tags, labels, and boxes, must be provided back in their unaltered, original state.   
     
  • Accessories that show any signs of being worn, cleaned, altered, or tampered with in any way will be considered non-returnable.   
     
  • You are required to submit a return request within 48 hours from the date of product delivery. To proceed, contact our support team within this timeframe.   
     
  • Products not complying with these stipulated requirements will be rejected for return.   
     

Procedure for Initiating a Return   
Step 1: File a Request   
Send an email containing your Order ID and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the product to codigocoreinnovation@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Evidence   
In cases involving damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped accessories, attach clear photographs that demonstrate the issue to enable faster verification.  

Step 3: Follow the Guidance Shared   
Once your request is verified and approved, you will receive complete instructions for carrying out the return.  

Please remember, returns not meeting our specified rules may be refused at our discretion.   

Refund Procedure and Timeframe   
Once the accessory reaches us, our inspection team will carefully review it against our return policy conditions. After assessment, you will be informed whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be initiated and transferred to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will also be issued upon successful completion of the refund process.   

Partial Refund Conditions   
If the returned accessory only partially qualifies for return (for example, missing packaging elements or minor damages), a partial refund may be provided at our sole discretion.   

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Accessories   
In the event that you receive an accessory that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you are required to initiate a return request within 48 hours from delivery. To expedite resolution, please share clear photos or videos of the problem through email.
